PURPOSE:To enlarge a surface area of an electrode to increase cell capacity, by forming the electrode, on which a conductive polymer is processed by low- temperature plasma, when a secondary cell, in which the conductive polymer is used on at least one of electrodes, is manufactured. CONSTITUTION:A conductive polymer such as polyacetylene, polypyrrole, polythiophene or polyparaphenylene is used on at least one of electrodes. And, it is processed by low-temperature plasma in an argon gas to become a conductive polymer electrode. Then, it is combined with a negative electrode made of a lithium plate or the like, electrolytic solution in which polypylene carbonate is dissolved with lithium perchlorate, a separator, and so on, to compose a secondary cell. With a surface area of the conductive polymer electrode being enlarged by the low-temperature plasma process, a liquid-containing factor is increased to improve a utility factor so that the cell capacity can be increased. |
