PURPOSE:To enable an X-ray photographing without resetting an X-ray condition as well as a manual adjustment of the X-ray condition even when a video memory device is in use, by providing an selecting/adjusting means capeble of adjusting the X-ray condition after selecting either manual or automatic adjustment means. CONSTITUTION:Upon generation of X-ray with manipulation of an automatic adjustment fluoroscopy selector switch 14, an automatic condition setting circuit 12 compares a detected luminance signal S2 with a pre-defined specified luminance signal S3, and outputs to an X-ray control circuit 9, an X-ray conditional signal S1 which equalizes the former to the latter. On the other hand, the X-ray control circuit 9 controls a high tension generator with the X-ray control signal S1 and an X-ray on-off signal S4 from a video memory device 13. Thus, an automatic adjustment of an X-ray condition can be made while using the video memory device 13. An automatic adjustment fluoroscopy selector switch 15 is operated to concurrently select the device 13 and manual adjustment of the X-ray condition.
