SELF-RETENTION TYPE SOLENOID VALVE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain electromotive returning function with a simple structure by arranging paired permanent magnet of a same polarity on a movable crank arranged between both of end surfaces of a fixed yoke and swinging about a pivot. CONSTITUTION:A movable crank 16 of a nonmagnetic body is attached swingably about a fulcrum (a) by means of a pivot pin 15 to a hinge 14 of a fixed base 13 arranged between both of end surfaces 12a and 12b of a fixed yoke 12 passing through a solenoid coil 11. Permanent magnets 17a and 17b with a same magnetic pole directed to the respective end surfaces 12a and 12b of the fixed yoke 12 are fixed to positions on the upper surfaces on both sides of the fulcrum (a) as a center of a movable crank 16 and capable of contacting both of the end surfaces 12a and 12b. A valve part consisting of a valve rod 18, a valve rubber seat 19 and a valve rubber 20 is further formed at one end of the movable crank 16.
