CONSTITUTION:A detected signal of a vehicle velocity, etc., is inputted to the inside of the operation recording part 2 fitted in a vehicle room from the operation detection part 1 provided with a vehicle velocity sensor 5, an engine sensor 6, etc., and the data such as a travel time, a travel distance, a travel velocity, etc., of the vehicle are stored in a CPU part 9 corresponding to a time signal of a clock part 11 based on the detected signal. Then, the operational conditions in the driving time are recorded by inserting the recording unit 16 consisting of an IC card into the recording part 2 at the time of driving by a driver. Moreover, the operational conditions recorded in the IC card 16 are automatically analyzed by an operation transaction part 3 and the operational conditions are grasped and the operation control ledger, etc., are automatically made out by taking out the IC card 16 from the recording part 2 and inputting it to the operation transaction part 3 provided at an office by the driver when the driving is finished.</p> |
