PURPOSE:To improve remarkably the efficiency of various maintenance works for pipings, by inserting an inner pipe in a piping after cleaning the piping, then by pouring a sealing agent between the piping and the inner pipe and by adhering them. CONSTITUTION:Flakes of rust, etc. in a piping 22 are ground to pieces and removed by blowing an abrasives 30 and a high pressure air 31 from a side end 22a of the piping 22. Then a main inner pipe 35 and branched pipes 36 having flexibility and made of a synthetic resin are inserted into a cleaned piping 22 and its branched pipings 24. A suction device 40 of reduced pressure is then connected with the side end 22a of the main piping 22 (An arrow mark A) and a device 44 supplying a sealing agent 42 is connected with another side end 22b and the ends of the branched pipings24 of the piping 22. The sealing agent 42 is poured and cured between the piping 22 . the branched pipings 24 of the piping 22 and the main inner pipe 35 . the branched pipes 36 made of synthetic resin. The piping having a uniform coating film can be thereby obtained with a good working efficiency. |
