PURPOSE:To fill a foamed material into every nook and corner of a cavity, by making enlargement and reduction of a cavity of a mold connected to an injection nozzle of an injection molding machine to be possible by advance and retreat of a movable mold and by enlarging the cavity at the same time as the foamed material is injected. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 5 is open as a movable mold 4 is largely retreated by a base plate 7. As the base plate 7 goes forwards, the movable mold 4 joins in a body with a fixed mold 3. A foamed material B is then poured into a cavity 5 through a resin path 4C and at the same time, as a crank shaft 8b is rotated and the cavity 5 is enlarged to its max., the inner pressure decreased and the foamed material is sucked inside. After enlargement, the cavity 5 is reduced a little to press the foamed material, so adjust the sizes of foams in the foamed material and to fill the foamed material into every nook and corner of the cavity. As the result, the external form of a container 6 can be raised. |
