PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically assemble and disassemble a modular tool, by operating a coupling mechanism with the use of a nut runner after a holder module and a cutting part module are coupled together with their phases are interlocked with each other in association with the rotation of a spindle. CONSTITUTION:In the case of that a cutting part module 12 is coupled to a holder module 13 attached on a spindle 43, when a slide device 31 lowers a body 30, a latch pawl 27 in the holder module 13 runs away until it abuts against the base section of the cutting part module 12 while the spindle 34 is moved upward so that a stop ring 48 abuts against a flange 32. In this condition, when the spindle 34 is rotated by a first rotary actuator 50 through a belt 53, an engaging pawl 27 and an engaging hole 17 are engaged together with their phases being interlocked with each other. Then, the holder module 13 and the cutting part module are integrally coupled to a nut runner 54. Thus, it is possible to automatically assemble and disassemble the modular tool, and therefore, it is possible to chance the operating factor of the machine. |
