PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient electric characteristic by positioning and holding a dielectric in a projection provided incorporatedly with an isolator fitting metallic fixture so as to reduce the chance of improper soldering. CONSTITUTION:The projection 12 is provided incorporatedly to the isolator fitting metallic fixture 2 and in fixing the fixture 2 to a main body, the length of the projection 12 is selected to a length reaching the waveguide 7 and a hole of the size to accommodate the projection 12 is given to the main body 4. Then the dielectric 5 holding a post 1 is placed and held in the projection 12. Further, an adhesives 6 is packed between the tip of the projection 12 and the post 1 and an O-ring 11 is arranged between the isolator fitting metallic fixture 2 and the main body 4 to apply waterproof between them. An isolator terminal 10 and the post 1 are arranged so as to be orthogonal to each other and they are electrically soldered.
