PURPOSE:To provide the material to be recorded by water color ink pen for full color recording of efficient in water repellency, which does neither generate adhesion, blocking, etc., on the surface even under high humidity conditions nor generate the migration and flowing out of dye, by a method wherein an ink receiving layer is comprised of the polymer complex of a specific ratio of basic polymer and acidic polymer. CONSTITUTION:As basic polymer preferable for forming polymer complex, homopolymer, copolymer, etc., of N-vinyl pyrrolidone, N-vinyl piperidone, N- vinyl-caprolactam, N-vinyl-morpholine, N-vinyl-2-oxazolidone, and N-vinyl-5- methyl-2-oxazolidone are exemplified. Further, especially preferable acid polymer is styrene/(meth)acrylate copolymer. Further, for the recording method in which water color ink pen is used, the minimum complex formation degree to keep water repellency is preferably used and basic polymer and acidic polymer are suitably used by a weight ratio of 200:1-10:1. |
