PURPOSE:To effectively prevent the erroneous operation or trouble of a recording or control part due to the heat generated from a power source, by integrally providing a means, which thermally or acoustically interrupt a power source part from the recording part and the control part, to an exterior case. CONSTITUTION:A power source unit 3 is hermetically closed by the shield plate 21 integrally constituted along with the lower case 2 of an apparatus and the left and right thereof are also similarly shielded by the shield plate 21. The noise generated from a recording head 8 and other member at the time of operation is prevented from leaking to the outside of the apparatus through the vent hole 12 for the power source unit 3 by the shield plate 21. Further, the heat generated from the power source unit 3 is prevented from reaching the recording part consisting of the recording head 8 and others or a control part by the shield plate 21 and, by this constitution, the erroneous operation of the apparatus or danger such as a burn on an operator can be prevented. Because the heat of the power source unit 3 is shielded by the shield plate 1 and dissipated from the vent hole 12, the thermal effect exerted on the other member of the power source unit can be suppressed to the min. degree. |
