PURPOSE:To improve accuracy in the temperature of boiling up by conducting comparison calculation for a set boiling temperature and the thermistor temperature of a heat exchanger after it has been heated for a certain time to control opening and closing of a solenoid valve of a heating burner. CONSTITUTION:After a set temperature A of boiling is set in a control device 12 beforehand, a solenoid fuel valve 10 is operated to open and close by operating the control device 12 to ignite an injection nozzle 8, and a heat exchanger 4 is heated by a combustion burner 7. The water in the heat exchanger 4 is heated and the water in a bathtub 1 circulates through circulating pipes 2 and 3, and when a certain time (t hours) has passed temperature B in the heat exchanger 4 is detected by a thermistor 11, and detected temperatures are compared with the set temperature A by a comparator to calculate A-B=C. As a result, if a boiling temperature C is in a relation T1<C<=T2, the opening and closing of an solenoid fuel valve 10 is controlled through a timer circuit. If the boiling temperature C is in a relation T1>=C, the solenoid fuel valve 10 is closed at once. Furthermore, if the boiling temperature C is in a relation T2<C1, the opening and closing of the solenoid valve 10 is controlled by the thermistor.
