<p>PURPOSE:To decrease electric loss, by specifying the thicknesses of conductors, which are divided into multiple layers in order to form an exciting coil for separating specified gaseous molecules utilizing interaction between a high frequency electric field and a magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:An exciting coil is divided into divided conductors 1 in multiple layers, which are formed on an insulating layer 2. The thicknesses of the conductors 1 are specified as follows: the thickness of the conductor at the outside of the coil is thick; and the thicknesses of the conductors on the inner side are made gradually thinner. Magnetic flux density 3 becomes larger toward the inner side. In comparison with the case where the thickness of the divided conductors is made uniform, the sum of resistance loss and eddy current loss becomes smaller and the electric loss is decreased in this structure.</p> |
