PURPOSE:To convey parts while they are spaced apart at predetermined intervals, by disposing a spring between a block and a cam which are therefore separated from each other during advance, and by providing stoppers for maintaining the space between the block and the cam at a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION:When a block 17 advances in synchronization with the advance of a carrier 13, the block 21 is advanced to drag the forehead part having a recess in which a pawl member 28 is fitted. A cam 24 is inhibited from advancing under the action of force of a coil spring 25 disposed between the cam 24 and a block 21, and therefore, slides between pins 22, 22'. Accordingly, the space between the cam 24 and the block 21 is enlarged until the cam abuts against flange-like stoppers 23, 23' at the rear ends of the pins 22, 22'. When the cam 24 abuts against the stopper 23, 23' of the pins 22, 22', it starts it advance, and therefore, the second part having therein a recess into which the pawl member 28 of the cam 24 is fitted, is dragged for advance in such a condition the space between the forehead part (a) and the second part being maintained at a predetermined value.
