PURPOSE:To warn a driver of capping in oblivion before it happens, by closing a switch operating member and a switched operating member by shutting down the lid simultaneously with capping. CONSTITUTION:In case of a normal condition with a lid 2 closed in the state that a gas cap 4 is fastened to an oil filler port 3 of a fuel tank, a contact of a lead switch 6A is induced to magnetism of the magnet 5' installed in this gas cap 4 and turned on, and when an ignition switch SW13 is turned on, a closed circuit is conducted. On the other hand, when the gas cap 4 is oblivious of its closing, the contact of the lead switch 6A is left turned to an off state intact, so that even if the ignition switch SW13 is turned on, the closed circuit is not conducted.
