PURPOSE:To produce a state possible to reclaim an unnecessary area immediately, and to prevent a data storage area from overflowing, by deleting and fetching an area through a spent area managing part. CONSTITUTION:When the deletion and the update of a graphic is designated, the position of an unnecessary cell is handed to a spent area registering part 3. The registering part 3 registers a bit of received information at a spent area managing part 2. A bit of unnecessary area is registered at a specified part in the area managing part 2 corresponding to the length of the bit information. When a new area is requested at a command processing part, a bit of necessary information can be supplied from the spent area managing part 2. A spent area fetching part 4 is operated adversely with the registering part 3, and fetches out the area already registered preferentially from the managing part 2, and when no area to fetch out is present, a bit of disuse area information is handed to a command processing part 5.
