PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out automatic hot water supply with a communication device such as a tele-controller, etc. by providing a constant quantity water stopping thermostatic mixing tap and providing solenoid valve and a water-flow switch to pipings for hot water supply and cold water supply respectively which are connected to the tap and a controller which controls the solenoid valves by a drive signal. CONSTITUTION:Before going out of his house, a man sets the amount of hot water in a bathtub and a desired hot water temperature with a constant quantity water stopping thermostatic mixing tap 1 with solenoid valves 4a and 4b closed with a tele-control device 8. When a time to supply hot water comes, the man calls by telephone from a place where he is visiting. The tele-control device 8 receives the signal to start hot water supply and sends this signal to a controller 7. The controller 7 receives the signal by tele-control signal receiver circuit 10 and drives solenoid valves 4 and 4b through an solenoid valve drive circuit 11. With this arrangement automatic hot water supply starts an a water flow switch 5 is turned ON. Furthermore, a safety timer circuit 12 starts counting. When a specified amount of hot water has been supplied by the action of the constant quantity water stopping thermostatic mixing tap 1, hot water supply is stopped.
