PURPOSE:To enable the filling of a filling material at a high speed with high accuracy, by performing automatic correction by estimating a throw-in falling error and a throw-in quantity error after the closing of a shutter. CONSTITUTION:A filling material I is thrown in a weighing basket 2 in an amount equal to or more than a definite amount to fill from a supply hopper 1, and the falling impact value and a throw-in amount after the closing of a shutter are calculated during throwing-in. When the throw-in amount reaches a net throw-in amount estimation value, throwing-in is stopped by a control apparatus 5 and the filling material I is weighed by a weighing device 3 to operate a suction nozzle 4 and, succeedingly, the material I' is sucked in an amount exceeding the definite amount by the nozzle 4 inserted in the basket 2. Further, the material I in the basket 2 during the operation of the nozzle 4 s weighed by the weighing device 3 and, when the amount of the material I is reduced to a definite amount, the operation of the nozzle 4 is stopped by a stopping device 5 and, at last, the weighed material I in the basket 2 is discharged to a container II to fill the same. Therefore, the large amount delivery time required in supplying the material I to the basket 2 from the hopper 1 in an amount equal to or more than the definite amount is taken slightly much but a small amount delivery process for accurate weighing is eliminated and a weighing error due to inertia based on the falling at the time of small amount discharge is not generated.
