PURPOSE:To permit an anchor to be drawn out with small forces by using a temporary embedding body consisting of a synthetic resin rope covered with synthetic resin as a core and a synthetic resin strand wound around the synthetic resin rope. CONSTITUTION:A tension member 2, e.g., steel wire, etc., is set at intervals around a temporary laying body 1 and connected with a binder 3 to form a tensional structure 4. The body 1 is made up of a synthetic resin-covered rope 100 coated with grease 1C, a water-proofing tape 1D wound around the rope 100, and a synthetic resin strand 1E wound around the tape 1D. The structure 4 is constructed like usual anchors to form an anchor body. In removing the anchor, the rope 100 is pulled out, the strand 1E is pulled out with the tape 1D, and th steel wire 2 is finally pulled to the central cavity. The anchor can thus be drawn out with small forces.
