PURPOSE:To contrive to improve shape stability by making a part harder than an end part exist at plural positions, more than 2mm to the center side in the axis direction of a bobbin from both end parts of a cheese-shaped package and keeping the dry thermal contraction stress differential value below 30mg/d. CONSTITUTION:A cheese-shaped package 1, which is formed by accumulating substantially not twisted polyester thread having a birefringence rate of 0.08-0.14, a crystal completeness parameter of 0.50 and below and a boiling water contraction rate of 5% and below, forms a bulge 5 which is formed by accumulating threads so that coil diameter may be a little larger than the other parts, along the axis direction of a bobbin 7, at positions l1, l2 more than 2mm to the center from both end parts so that coil diameter difference DELTAh may be 0.3-3mm. This bulge 5 is made harder, by 5-20 deg., then both end parts and to exist at plural positions and further it is so made that the dry thermal contraction stress value difference of thread between a harder part and the other parts may be 30mg/d and below. In this way shape stability becomes excellent and obtained knitted/woven goods has excellent dignity and dyeing-easy properties.
