PURPOSE:To form an optical disk having high quality by forming a high modulus protective film on a recording film to permit repetitive recording, reproducing and erasing. CONSTITUTION:This recording member is formed by forming the recording film 4 on a PMMA substrate 1 obtd. by injection molding, forming a UV-curing resin essentially consisting of a trimethyrol propane triacrylate (trifunctional) having 2X10<9>dyne/cm<2> modulus of elasticity at, for example, 200 deg.C and neopentylglycol diacrylate (bifunctional) thereon as the protective film 5a by a spin coater to a prescribed thickness and curing the coating by irradiation of UV rays. The repetitive recording, reproducing and erasing are permitted by forming the high elasticity recording film in the above-mentioned manner. |
