PURPOSE:To enable setting/gathering work without stopping movement by detecting that an incomplete gathering folded sheets is placed on an optional conveyor piece in the vicinity of a supplying machine and supplying folded sheets in order only onto it. CONSTITUTION:When an incomplete gathering folded sheet m1 is placed on a piece (a) of a conveyor 2 corresponding to a supplying machine 1, it is detected by a detector 5 in the same way was placed on the other pieces (b), (d)... and memorized in a control device. And whenever the conveyor 2 moves one pitch, only the supplying machine 1 corresponding to the piece of the con veyor 2 on which an incomplete gathering folded sheet m1 is loaded is respective ly operated and each folded sheet is piled up in order. That is, finally only the completed gathering M where a supplementary gathering folded sheet m2 is loaded onto the incomplete gathering folded sheet m1 C is drawn out in order and an incomplete, that is, bad gathering folded sheet where a supplemen tary gathering folded sheet m2 is directly loaded onto the conveyor 2 is not drawn out at all. On this way, setting/gathering work can be preformed ration ally and efficiently without stopping the movement.
