PURPOSE:To carry out the winding of an object in a continuous form onto a flat board bobbin without causing meandering or a wrinkle by providing a roller which slides being synchronized with the rotation of said flat board bobbin on the traveling part of said object in a continuous form between a raw fabric to said flat board bobbin. CONSTITUTION:An object 14 in a continuous form drawn out of a raw fabric 11 is made pass through guide parallel rollers 13, put around a vertically movable parallel roller 15 and, again, made pass through guide parallel rollers 13, and is wound by a flat board bobbin 18. A can 17 which is rotated being synchronized with the flat board bobbin 18 via a timing belt moves the roller 15 vertically via a roller connecting rod 16. As for the timing of vertical movement, when the speed of the object 14 in a continuous form on the flat board bobbin 18 side is increased, the roller 15 is lifted up while it is lowered when the speed is reduced. Thereby, the traveling speed of the object in a continuous form on the raw fabric side can be kept constant, enabling winding onto the flat board bobbin 18 without causing meandering or a wrinkle.
