PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an information recording medium by coating a thermosetting resin to the sticking endfaces on the inside and outside peripheries of disks to prevent the boundary exfoliation between the two disks and providing UV-curing resin layers on glass faces to protect the photosensitive resin on the inside surface against light. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive resin is coated on the surface of a glass disk substrate 1 and is prebaked to form the photosensitive resin layer 2 recorded with signals. A vapor deposited Al film 3 is formed under said layer and a protective film 4 essentially consisting of wax is roll-coated thereon to form the one-face disk. Such disk and an acrylic disk substrate 6 formed with the vapor deposited Al film 3 and the protective film 4 are stuck to each other by an adhesive agent 5. A polyurethane base adhesive agent 7 of a thermosetting type having good adhesiveness to glass and acryl is used on the end faces of the inside and outside peripheries. The boundary exfoliation between the two disks is thereby prevented and the deterioration of the photosensitive resin on the inside surface by light is prevented by the UV-curing resin layers.
