<p>PURPOSE:To prevent contamination, caused by the resin liquid of a carrier sheet, as well as the contamination of a transfer roll in a curing furnace by a method wherein hardening resin, squeezed out after bonding metallic foils and/or carrier sheets or before curing, is scraped while the tape of absorbent material is bonded onto a part, from where the resin liquid is scraped. CONSTITUTION:Resin liquid 20, squeezed out between laminate rolls 5, 5, are oozed out to both sides and is stagnated on a carrier sheet 10. In order to scrape and recover the resin liquid 20, a V-shape blade 21, contacting with the upper surface of the carrier sheet 10, is provided and the resin liquid 20, stagnated between V-shape legs, is made to flow down into a vessel through a retrieving pipe 22 or is recovered by sucking it by a pump. The resin liquid is still adhered to a part 25, from where the resin liquid along the side rim of the carrier sheet 10 is scraped. The tape 24 of absorbent material, such as a paper tape or the like, is supplied to this part continuously and is bonded by a pressing roll 23. The remaining resin liquid adhered to the part 25, from where the resin liquid is scraped, effects as an adhesive agent with respect to the tape 4 of absorbent material and it prevents the tape 24 from being separated from the carrier sheet 10 during its transfer.</p> |
