<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the using amount of an insulating material and to simplify assembling work, by wrapping a heater coil and a path iron core with a wrapping part of insulating paper, integrating a secondary coil, the heater coil and the path iron core as a unitary body, and fixing the insulating paper by an engaging fixing part and an insertion fixing part. CONSTITUTION:An opened surface 5 of a sheet of insulating paper is made to contact with the upper surface of a secondary coil 1 on the opposite side of a path iron core 21. The insulating paper 2 is sequentially bent along bending lines. A bending surface 13 is contacted with the outer surface of a secondary coil 1. A bending surface 17 is contacted with the bottom surface of the secondary coil 1. The bending surface 18 is contacted with the inner surface of the secondary coil 1. A bending surface 19 is also contacted with the inner surface of the secondary coil 1. A heater coil 20 and a path iron core 21 are mounted on the upper surface part of the secondary coil 1. Those parts are wrapped with a wrapping part 24. Thus, the secondary coil 1, the heater coil 20 and the path iron core 21 are integrated with one sheet of the insulating paper 2 as a unitary body. A protruded part 25 is inserted in a slit 26. A slit 27 is engaged with the edge of the opening side surface 5. Thus the insulating paper 2 is fixed.</p> |
