That is to say, a rear-wheel revolving speed N0 is compared with the first specified value N1 and the second specified value N2, and when a duty ratio D is 0, N1<N0<N2 at N0<N1, an optimum duty ratio D is outputted, and when N2<N0 is the case, a pulse signal of 1 in the duty ratio D is outputted respectively, thereby controlling the transfer torque capacity Tc. Thus, tight coner braking is prevented from occurring.
