<p>PURPOSE:To improve responsibility, by storing the change quantity of pressure per unit time of an actuator in advance, operating continuously the actuator until it arrives at a targeted position, and applying a duty operation on it after that. CONSTITUTION:By performing the continuous energizing of a solenoid valve 7, an air releasing path 12 is closed by the movement of a valve main body 11 in the rightward direction, and the second pressure (negative pressure) of a vacuum pump 9 is applied on the pressure room 5a of an actuator 5 through a negative pressure output path 6, and an EGR valve 5 coupled to a movable partition 5b is driven rapidly in a closing direction. By performing a fast rise, the solenoid valve 7 duty-controlled until then, is energized continuously. Therefore, the control pressure of the actuator 5 is heightened rapidly from a negative pressure P1 that is a virtual position toward a negative pressure P2.</p> |
