The chamber (15) of the pump has a membrane (11) on one side which acts as a limiter. The pump movement is imparted by the longitudinal extension of a drive unit (6) which comprises a rod of heavy magnetic unrestrictive material enclosed by an electrical coil (7) fed with a drive current. - The longitudinal extension of the drive unit is transmitted to the membrane (11) by lever action.
