PURPOSE:The titled composition having extremely improved impact resistance and oil resistance without lowering heat resistance, obtained by blending polyphenylene ether resin with a specific graft copolymer and an ethylene acrylic acid ester copolymer. CONSTITUTION:(A) Polyphenylene ether resin alone or a mixture of the polyphenylene resin and styrenic resin is mixed with (B) a graft copolymer composition obtained by subjecting an ethylene acrylic acid ester copolymer and a peroxy group-containing styrenic block to graft reaction and (C) an ethylene acrylic acid ester copolymer, preferably a copolymer used for preparation of the component B in a ratio of 99.5-70wt% component a, 0.25-29.75wt% component B, 0.25-29.75wt% component C and 0.5-30wt% total amount of the components B and C. The component acts as a compatibilizing agent so that the component C is uniformly dispersed into the component A and problems such as cleavage of molded article, etc., are solved.
