PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved matting effect and shelf stability, providing a coating film having improved scratching resistance, obtained by blending a specific (meth)acryloyloxy compound and a specific unsaturated compound with a photopolymerization initiator and a ultraviolet light absorber in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:(A) A compound [e.g. trimethylolpropane (meth)acrylate, etc.] containing three or more (meth)acryloyloxy groups is blended with (B) a compound containing one or two alpha,beta-ethylenic unsaturated bonds, (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a ultraviolet light absorber in a molar ratio of the component C and D of 1/1-1/10 to give the aimed composition. Ethylene glycol di(meth)acrylate, etc., is preferably used as the component B, 2-hydroxy-4-n- octoxybenzophenone as the component C and methylphenyl glyoxylate, etc., as the component D, respectively.
