PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition outstanding in heat deterioration and light resistances and durability, suitable for upholstery sheet in the form of leather sheet, by incorporating a vinyl chloride resin with respectively specified amounts of specific rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, acrylic rubber and plasticizer. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be obtained by incorporating (A) 100pts. by wt. of a vinyl chloride resin with (B) 40-120(pref. 50-80)pts. by wt. of a rubber-reinforced thermoplastic resin prepared by polymerization, in the presence of a rubbery polymer (e.g., polybutadiene), of at least one kind of monomer selected from aromatic vinyl compounds, alpha,beta-unsaturated nitriles and alkyl (meth)acrylates (e.g., ABS resin), (C) 5-120(pref. 10-60)pts. by wt. of an acrylic rubber, and (D) 0-100(pref. 20-60)pts. by wt. of a plasticizer for use in vinyl chloride resins (e.g. di-n-butyl phthalate).
