发明名称 CONTROLLING METHOD FOR FUSION ZONE OF BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize blast furnace operation by measuring the position and distribution of the fusion zone in a blast furnace in the blast furnace operation and controlling fuel ratio, blast conditions and charge distribution in such a manner that the fusion zone attains a prescribed pattern. CONSTITUTION:The temps. at least at 3 points of the fusion zone, i.e., top layer part, intermediate part and root part are measured by flexible probes inserted through a rigid lance 3 embedded into the blast furnace 1 in order to detect the distribution of the fusion zone in the blast furnace. The blast furnace is operated usually at the fusion zone of <=60% height of the top layer part from the tuyere center, <=35% height of the intermediate part and <=30% height of the root part relative to the height from the tuyere of the blast furnace to the raw material stock line and therefore, the heat level is controlled by any among the fuel ratio, blast conditions of hot wind and charging raw material distribution or the combination of these parameters to prevent decrease of these values from 40%, 15%, and 20%, by which the operation of the blast furnace is stabilized.
