摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the light convergence efficiency by catching the quantity of light radiating radially from a single point light source, by two pieces of spherical mirrors installed in the direction X and the direction Y, converging a reflected luminous flux and a direct luminous flux by two pieces of condenser lenses being independent, respectively, and using them as the independent exposing light quantity. CONSTITUTION:Two condenser lenses 50, 60 converge direct luminous fluxes L1, L3 from a point light source 20 and each reflected luminous flux L2, L4 from both reflecting mirrors 30, 40. The condenser lens 50 and the condenser lens 60 are made to align each lens centerline with the X axis and the Y axis, respectively. Two pieces of reflecting mirrors 30, 40 have convergence angles theta1, theta2, respectively, and also, its position is set so that no influence is exerted between each reflected luminous flux. The light quantity which is generated from one piece of point light source 20 is converged through independent light receiving systems (x), (y) in two directions of the X axis and Y axis directions, and the light quantity of their converged luminous fluxes LX, LY is set as the light quantity which corresponds roughly to the exposure quantity.
