PURPOSE:To reduce operational man-hours for preservation and inspection of a diaphragm by providing a diaphragm over-turning preventing frame and a diaphragm carrier on a movable bed plate movable on rails. CONSTITUTION:A movable bed plate 9 is movably provided on rails 3, 7 of a frame work 1, and a diaphragm overturning preventing frame 18 and a diaphragm carrier 17 are provided on the movable bed plate 9. Further, while a work table 26 is provided at the outermost side of said plate 9, a lift capable of adjusting the height of the diaphragm on said plate 9 is provided. Thus, all operations such as the dye removal, inspection, repair, etc. of the diaphragm can be carried out by an operator on said plate 9 of the work table 26 so that operational man-hours and a working space can be reduced.
