PURPOSE:To vary attenuation effect easily and freely in a wide range, by a method wherein a load is applied using a variable resistor for a generator driven by a movement source. CONSTITUTION:Rotational movement from a movement source l is transmitted by a belt 2 to a rotary shaft 4 of a generator 3. The generator 3 generates electric power by the kinetic energy transmitted to the rotary shaft 4. The kinetic energy converted into the electric power is consumed by a variable resistor 5 for applying a load to the generator 3. Attenuation effect is adjusted by varying resistance value of the variable resistor 5.
