PURPOSE:The titled matted composition having improved heat resistance and impact resistance free from matte unevenness, obtained by blending a thermoplastic resin with specific amounts of a specific maleimide-containing copolymer and a metallic oxide. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. resin mixture obtained by blending A1: a thermoplastic resin (e.g., ABS resin, etc.) with >=2wt% based on total amounts of the components A1 and A2 of A2: a maleimide-containing copolymer consisting of (i) 90-50mol% vinyl aromatic compound (e.g. styrene, etc.) residue, (ii) 10-50wt% maleimide compound (e.g. N-phenylmaleimide, etc.) residue and (iii) 0-30wt% vinyl compound (e.g. acrylonitrile, etc.) copolymerizable compound residue copolymerizable with the components (i) and (ii) is blended with (B) 0.05-2pts.wt. metallic oxide (e.g. magnesium oxide, etc.).
