PURPOSE:To display a stable valve function, by forming a spring receiver of a cap before the point end of a check valve spring and constituting this spring so as to enable its diameter to be spread so that a bending phenomenon of said spring is avoided. CONSTITUTION:A two-way delivery valve for a fuel injection pump is equipped with a cap 8. A spring receiver 8a, engaging with one end of a delivery valve spring 7, of the cap 8 is formed before the point end of a check valve spring 13. And the check valve spring 13 is constituted such that a diameter of a cap side wall in a part arranging the check valve spring 13 and a diameter of said spring 13 can be spread. In this way, a normal function of the two-way delivery valve can be displayed by enabling a bending phenomenon of the spring to be avoided.
