The present invention relates to a slaved device for automatic cleaning of shower cubicles and toilets. This device comprises at least a first detector P of the opening and closing of the door, a second detector T of the opening and closing of the bolt, a memory RA storing, upon closure of the bolt, the operation of the second detector T, this storage being held until a cleaning cycle is completed; a memory RB storing the opening of the bolt following a closing of the latter and while the door is not open, this storage being held until a cleaning cycle is completed and a delay circuit, T1, T2, T3 controlled by the storage of an opening of the bolt and by the closing of the door, in order to trigger the cleaning cycle and stop it. <IMAGE>
