CONSTITUTION:Tubular components are enclosed in a housing part 11 of an upper case 1. A U shaped wire 4 are inserted in through holes 31 of the right and left tubular components 3 and 3. The wire 4 can push the right left tubular components 3 and 3 at two or more points and can support the components. The direct fixing with the wire 4 and the indirect fixing by the downward compression accompanied by the coupling of the upper case 1 and a lower case 2 are both utilized. Thus, looseness of the right and left tubular components 3 and 3 is perverted.
