PURPOSE:To obtain a fur removing odorless safe agent capable of easily cleaning an automatic developing machine of fur without making a skin sore and unfavorably affecting the photographic performance of the photosensitive material by incorporating chlorinated isocyanuric acid or its salt. CONSTITUTION:The fur removing agent is prepared by dissolving chlorinated isocyanuric acid, such as dichloroisocyanuric acid or trichloroisocyanuric acid, or one of their salts, preferably, an alkali metal salt, in water or an organic solvent, to form a concentrated solution. When needed, an extending agent, such as Glauber's salt, and a foaming agent, such as sodium bicarbonate and an organic acid, may be added. The fur can be easily removed by bringing water containing this agent into contact with the automatic developing machine for a short time. |
