PURPOSE:To display a usual output text, an input expediting character-string, and an input field by different display colors, respectively, by providing an input expediting character-string detecting means and an output editing means. CONSTITUTION:An input expediting character-string detecting part 31 detects a position of an input expediting character-string contained in a message, by searching the last text in which other character than a null character and a control character exists by one character or more, and stores a text position in a work area. On the other hand, an output editing part 32 edits a message for a picture terminal equipment by adding a field attribute character so that a usual text, an input expediting character-string, and an input field become different display colors, respectively. In this way, the usual output text, the input expediting character-string, and the input field can be displayed on the picture terminal equipment 4 by different display colors, respectively.
