PURPOSE:To detect more accurate monitoring signal generation time on a receiving equipment side by holding the time generating the monitoring state change of a plant and adding the time to a monitoring signal as time information. CONSTITUTION:An input part 51 in a transmission equipment 21 inputs a monitor signal from a plant 11 periodically or at the time of start from the plant 11. If a significant change is generated in the monitor signal, an edition part 61 is started. The edition part 61 adds the information of hour, minite, second, and milisecond to the monitor data while referring a clock part 71 to edit a transmission text and transfers the text to a transmission part 81. A monitoring part 10 in a receiving equipment 4 receives the text from the equipment 21 through a communication line 31 and a communication part 9 and sends the received text to a storage part 11. The storage part 11 stores/records the generation time together with the state-change data name. A time synchronization command part 12 generates a periodical command to clock parts 71, 72 of the equipments 21, 22. |
