PURPOSE:To manufacture continuously with a good productivity by molding continuously band-type premolded products containing crosslinking agent, heating up, crosslinking and conveying to the longitudinal direction with both edges being guided gradually to both ends and oriented to the width direction. CONSTITUTION:A premolded product 1 extruded continuously by an extruding molder is mixed with a cross-linking agent, conveyed to its longitudinal direction, charged into a continuous heating oven and crosslinked. Next, while the same retains heat inertia, it is conveyed to the longitudinal direction and both edges are gradually guided to both ends. An endless track 3 bends to the horizontal direction with its width W widening from the rear of conveying direction to the front. Accordingly, the premolded product is oriented to the width direction starting from the head gradually and continuously to form a sheet 8. Next, its both edges are inserted by rollers 9 and 10, and the root of a projected strip 2 is pressed from up and down. Then, a sheet-type molded product 11 (to form a heat fusion layer) is adhered to the other face of the oriented sheet 8 (inner face). No.14 in the drawing is a hot jet to preheat the inner face of the oriented sheet 8 up to less than shrinkage temperature, and No.15 is a cooling device for the product of continuous length after being adhered. |
