PURPOSE:To eliminate an abnormal increase in transmitted electric power crest value by providing means which stops the output of a transmitted signal completely or limits the transmitted signal to only a transmitted signal of single frequency and outputs it when pulse intervals become closer to each other exceeding a permissible value. CONSTITUTION:A pulse interval detecting circuit 13 receives the input of a power monitor, i.e. the reduced level of time-series transmitted pulses of transmitted signals A and B outputted by a diplexer 7. When the circuit 13 detects pulse intervals of the signals A and B coming closer to each other exceeding the permissible value, the circuit 13 outputs a transmission inhibiting signal to a transmission trigger inhibition gate generating circuit 14. The circuit 14 when receiving the transmission inhibiting signal generates a transmission trigger inhibition gate signal and supplies it to synchronizers 5 and 6. The transmission trigger inhibiting gate signal inhibits the synchronizers 5 and 6 from generating transmission triggers A and B, which are therefore inhibited from being generated by transmitters 1 and 2, thereby evading an abnormal increase in transmitted power crest value due to the overlapping of two transmitted pulse signals.
