PURPOSE:To manufacture a tire with a plurality of sipings of specific width without damage by diving a vulcanizing mold having blades on inner surface into specific number of parts. CONSTITUTION:To manufacture a pneumatic tire with a plurality of sipings of 0.3-1.5mm width formed at a fixed internal to the circumferential direction, sipings are formed by blades 5 on the inner surface of a vulcanizing mold divided into 8-16 parts to the circumferential direction at the time of vulcanizing and molding a raw tire. If the number of blades are less than eight in one constituting part, an angle alpha made by the protruding direction and opening and closing motion direction of the blades located at the end of circumferential direction of each of constituting parts 1-4 gets pretty large, and in opening and closing actions, a large outer force crossing the protruding direction affects the blades 5 located at the end of circumferential direction to be likely to cause broken or distorted blades 5. On the other hand, if the numbers of constituting parts are above seventeen, it is difficult to adjust them in an accurate way. |
