PURPOSE:To improve resolution by sticking a supporting member, which supports a luminous device, fast to a substrate glass on the anode side while forming a light-transmitting part on the part corresponding to a luminous part of a phosphor of the supporting member. CONSTITUTION:In a luminous device 20, phosphor luminous sources are formed inside a sealed container 19 in a dotted line while said sealed contaier 19 consists of a substrate glass 10, an upper glass 11 and the spacers 12 connecting both glass plates. In the sealed container 19, the substrate glass 10 and the upper glass 11 are long and narrow substances in almost equal shapes, and these plates are arranged in parallel each other and the spacers 12 are arranged to keep the spacing between the glass plates constant, and the joint parts are sticked together with a sealing material or by welding. When the luminous device thus constituted is mounted on the main body of the recording device, a vibration-proof material 25 shall be used. Thereby, an optical image in a good condition is formed on a photo-sensitive body, and the device is miniaturized and also the occurence of luminous unevenness due to vibration of a cathode filament can be prevented.
