PURPOSE:To always a desired reference voltage to an input of a prescribed level and to reduce the steady-state current of the entire circuit by constituting a reference voltage correction circuit section and a comparator section by similar CMOSFETs. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage is set to a value between TTL levels VIH and VIL, and an output VCOMP of a correction circuit section to a comparator section is decreased by V when the conductance of N-MOSFETs M15, M13 is increased. When the conductance of P-MOSFETs M17, M19 is increased conversely, the VCOMP is increased by V. The correction circuit section and the series comparator section have the same circuit constitution, and when an IN voltage of TTL level is equal to a reference voltage VREF, the OUT voltage reaches VCOMP+ or - V. Thus, the variance of the manufacture process cancels the conductance of each FET of the comparator section by the VCOMP and the comparison voltage always constant is fed to the comparison section. |
