PURPOSE:To enable a low NOx combustion to be performed by a method wherein concentrations of NH3, NO, CO in discharged gas just above a fluidized bed are sensed to control an adding amount of secondary air to be added over the fluidized bed. CONSTITUTION:A discharged gas sampling line 7 is arranged in a space just above a fluidized bed and connected to an NH3-NO meter 8 and a CO meter 9. A furnace temperature is measured by thermo-couples 11A-11D, introduced into a control unit 10 together with the data of the NH3-NO meter 8 and the CO meter 9 so as to adjust an amount of added secondary air and then fed through feeding lines 6A-6C. With the foregoing arrangement, concentration of NO, NH3 and CO in the discharged gas in a space above the fluidized bed and the furnace temperature are sensed to adjust an amount of added secondary air, thereby an occurrence of NO is restricted as much as possible and non- ignited substance such as CO or the like can be removed. |
