PURPOSE:A face-washing or bath medicine preparation that is composed of a high volatile solution containing a noncombustible liquefied gas and active ingredients, thus giving skins pleasant feeling in addition to the actions of the active ingredients, when it is used in warm water. CONSTITUTION:A pressure vessel such as metal aerosol can is filled with 50-99.9wt%, preferably 80-99.9wt% of a noncombustible liquefied gas such as dichlorodifluoromethane, dichlorotetrafluoromethane and 0.1-50wt%, preferably 0.1-20wt% of active ingredients which are known as quasi drugs for bath medicine. The noncombustible gas may be combined with liquefied petroleum gas or dimethyl ether in such a range as the noncombustibility is not adversely influenced, e.g., less than 10wt%. When it is applied to warm water for bathing or face washing, the preparation foams to give skin pleasant feeling. The liquid drops of the preparation remain in the bottom of the bath tub to give nice appearance and the drops forms bubbles to give pleasant bathing effect, when someone takes a bath.
