PURPOSE:To automatically send a message form an optional key telephone set to some other key telephone sets by previously registering the message, an origination request time and telephone numbers to be received in a master system. CONSTITUTION:Date of the message, the telephone numbers of the key telephone sets T2, T3 on the receiving side and the origination request time are respectively registered in a message registering memory 12, a telephone number registering memory 14 and a request time registering memory 13 through a telephone set interface part 30. A clock circuit 15 counts up the time registered in the memory 13. The contents of the memory 12 are transferred to respective message display memories 42 in the telephone sets T2, T3 registered in the memory 14 by a central control part 11 through the interface part 30. The transferred message is stored in the memories 42 by the control parts 41 of the telephone sets T2, T3, sent to display devices 46 and alarm devices 43 are set up.
